GERMAN OFFICE GROUP is a Germany-focused real estate
investment manager that combines an entrepreneurial and creative approach to
value maximization with seamless deal execution. Our investment approach encompasses the
acquisition of core-plus, value-add and opportunistic office
buildings, with
the potential
to create upside through active asset management.
We invest in office properties in A- and
B-locations in the Top 7 cities (Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart,
Dusseldorf and Cologne), as well as in central locations in significant
secondary cities (e.g. Leipzig, Dresden, Mannheim, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Bonn,
Nuremberg, Dortmund). The target net purchase price is anticipated between €15 million to
€500 million.
